Leveling up the front is somewhat easier and get better results with less efforts/parts.
That being said I think our trucks sit a little too high all together and I have lowered the read.
If you remain with standard tire size and raise the front you might feel the wheels look a little lost in the well...
Also before lowering the back think if you will be hauling stuff around as leveling the rear and filling the bed will get you nose up and have an impact on the steering control, unless you bag the rear leafs and then can inflate when loading.
The best scenario depends on what you do with the truck on a regular basis.
