:winner_second_h4h:Well I took my truck to Englishtown Raceway Park tonight. Had a great time. I never went racing before so it was all new to me. I kind of know just by watching, but it was a little nerve racking the first time down. I came home from work a little late, so I ate real quick and left for the track. I left all my tools and crap for work in it and drove it just the way I do everyday to work. First time I ran a 13.710 @ 97.90 and the second time I ran 13.493 @ 103.02. First time I beat a Jeep Cherokee that ran 13.9 and the second was the best cause it was my favorite. A Mustang. Beat him by a half second. May try one more time this season and try to get it down to the low 13's. Thanks for reading. Enjoy.

Sweet! How'd your truck do launching off the line? I'm assuming, since you say you ran it just the way you drive it everyday, you were running street tires.

Sure was. Goodyear SRA Wranglers 275/60/20. Hardest part is launch. Cant just mash it down. About halfway and then just push it down smooth. You can feel and hear the Magnuson whine right out of the gate.

Do you mean 13.49 on the second run?? Good times considering it was 95 degrees today.

Nice...get some tires on it and leave hard and it should just dip into the 12's.

I'm glad you got it all sorted out. I have been watching the build from the sidelines. I was tempted to drive to Tune Time to check it out. Im only 30 minutes from Lakewood. If you can get some traction and cooler temps you should be in the low 13s easy.

Right on! I figured the street tires would just eat. Great times though bud!

Awesome times. What's even more impressive is that you gained 22mpg between the 1/8th and 1/4...That is some serious power on the big end of the truck. With your mods and some sticky tires, you are capable of 1.6-1.7 60' times. Pair that up with some better air, and you have a mid-high 12 second truck on your hands. Congrats.

Thanks Matt. Couldn't have done it without the help of everyone on here. Now I got to start saving for the next mod. A little part of me wants to put some spray over the winter, but who knows.
