and for 2019 the gm trucks now come with dual exhaust tips as an option, I guess ram had a good idea as gm is now copying them lol.

That is funny. I wouldn't mind if it was hidden... or out the sides.. but if I see only 1 tail pipe out the back of a vehicle I get annoyed. I need symmetry!

Me too. Every f150 I’ve owned (8 or 9 of them), with the exception of 2, the first thing I did was have the exhaust done to get rid of that goofy looking tailpipe. The only 2 I didn’t we’re both V6 and I only had them for 4-5 months each.

I'm like you in the fact that I used to be a Chevy Guy. That was until I bought my first Ram (03 SLT Hemi Quad-Cab). I couldn't believe what I had been missing. Since then I have bought a 1999 Ram 2500 with the 8.0 V10 and I must say Dodge has really been impressing me. All the negative things I have ever heard about Ram trucks were quickly put in the dust. So personally you're in for a treat with the Ram IMO.

The only good thing Chevy has produced has been the 6.0 and as far as Ford they make awesome milkshakes. Plus have you ever heard of anyone doing a Powerstroke swap??? I haven't either.

Because it looks good...Just because you don't like it doesn't mean other people don't.

My point wasn't that it does not look good my point being why not actually have a dual exhaust not pretend it does.

Until the 2014 models I really did not hear tons of complaints from my friends concerning their new GM pick-ups, GM did introduce a new platform in 2014 but most of the complaints I heard had to do with vibrations, tranny shifts and throttle response, some of these problems start after some miles are put on the truck, some are being attributed to the torque convertor and quality control issues in Mexico, these issues were enough for me to consider other non GM models, it appears I'm not alone.
