I've got a '22 RAM1500 LoneStar and would like to remove the SIM card from the on-board (under the dash, I guess?) cellular module. Anybody know where, exactly this module is located...??

Just curious, is your reason for doing this to disable the ability to be tracked? I have a similar question: How do I turn off the 5G? I've looked in the settings and cannot find it.

The "sim card" is most likely an E-SIM built into the vehicle radio. The 4G/5G of the phone service is not able to be turned off, it's what allows the 911 button function.
If you don't want to be tracked, pull the radio out all together, throw your cellphone out, and look for aluminum foil on sale at the store and start making hats for everything around you.
Unfortunately unless you disable the airbag system the vehicle telemetry is still recorded.
