Took my camper on a quick 100 mile overnight trip. Made it there and on the way home about 4 miles from the house (luckily), dash lit up like a Christmas tree with a serious misfire. Limped to the side of the road and called the brother in law to bring his ford (embarrassing) to pull my camper home. Truck is sitting beside the road waiting for Chrysler service to tow it to the dealer, funny thing about that is it was supposed to be going to the dealer tomorrow to have a Chrysler engineer look at my truck because the dealer couldn’t figure out why it was still making the knocking noise after replacing the lifters. Go figure…..

Not enough info on the truck to know what your problem is...?

Went outside and hooked it to my reader before it was towed:

#1 - P0300 - Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
#2 - P061A - Internal Control Module Torque Performance

I’m inclined to think they should have replaced the Cam when they changed the lifters, which they did not.

It also could have been rodents eating your wires while you were camping.

Feel free to add your truck information to your signature. That was you don't need to post it when asking questions about your truck.
