No solid engine mounts for the trucks available unless you make them yourself. Is there a particular reason you need/want solid engine mounts because the stock ones handle quite a bit of torque.

There is no need for solid mounts on these trucks until someone can find the breaking point of the oem ones.

Not to mention unless your on a full race set up they aren't really needed.
Even as a weekend warrior racer I'd still use some sort of dampened motor mount.

Now a full tube chassis converted Drag truck I'd make solid, that's about it.

Can say that even I haven't needed to switch to a solid engine mount which is why I am curious why he needs/wants them.

Because he's 23...

Once at that age I thought I would acid etch (right term?) - to thin all the sheet metal in my 63 Impala, (a 3500 pound car) to save a few ounces. Luckily a lack of money (and acid) prevented that little gem from coming to fruition.

I use to run a setup like this. Keeps your engine still but allows you to keep your rubber mounts.

I did the same thing on a old 67 mustang I had that had the hp turned up just a little. This was before solid mounts were made for them and I would snap stock mounts and bolts that heled the chain. Finally made a heim mount that connected to the motor in 1 spot and frame in 2

Used it in my 79 Ramcharger mud truck and my 77 T/A stock car.
T/A required it, mud truck didn't but I felt it was good insurance.

I have found the breaking point I have tried all oem mounts none hold up

What have you done to your truck that your braking the stock mounts? There’s lots of high horsepower rams out there still running stock mounts. I’m fairly certain Moe is running stock mounts and he’s running like 800whp.

750 plus horsepower
It picks the front wheels up off the
ground when taken off with hot tires

Take it to a fab shop and have someone weld you up some brackets?

I run really still mounts in my Evo.

Trust me. Dont do it... you brain will thank you.

I know the Evo is a 4 banger. But it vibrates the entire car. You feel it in the seat going from the crack of your ass to an eventual crack in your head.

They're terrible unless you are full blown race mode
