Some sort of engine leak

If you cant tell I would clean it all off really well with a mild degreaser like simple green. Get it as clean as you can.

Then keep a very close eye on it to see where it starts at.

From the first pic, looks like there are multiple spots.. conveniently placed around a couple injectors. The second pic just straight up looks like it's all coming from the injector.

So that's my bet, after you clean it up. And watch for it as previously suggested.
