Hey guys. I just ordered a set of gloss black SRT-10 reps with 305/45r22 Nitto 420 tires. I have read that some guys have issues with rubbing and some don't. To the guys running 1/4'' spacers, which brand are you using? I see some that are pretty cheap on ebay, like $24 for all 4. And I know a bunch of the lifted guys run the Rough Country 1/4'' spacers with their larger tires. Which ones are you using and any vibration or other issues? Thanks.

Thanks for the response. From what I have seen from a couple days of looking, seems like they tend to rub more on the 09-12 models. I have seen several 13-14 model guys say they have no rubbing with that setup, even though it is still pretty close. I found some 1/4'' spacers at the local Autozone and Oreilly parts stores. I will just bolt them up and if I need spacers, they should be pretty easy to get a hold of quickly.

BrBlack, different offset from what? Year models, or stock wheels?

They are 20x10 +25.4mm offset. All srt wheels I have seen have the same width and offset, unless they are 20''. Those come in 9" width and shouldn't have any rubbing issues at all.

Check your front sway bar...I bet they have rubbed you just never noticed it.
A little tire rub on the sway bar is a non issue so it's really irrelevant.

I have the srt 22" with 305/45 nitto 420's. I was rubbing the upper control arm. I picked up a set of 1/4 spacers at pep boys. I haven't had any problems yet. My truck is an 09.

FYI - my front sway bar is hu-normous, both in length and girth...so I most certainly would have noticed them rubbing it...my wife rubs it all the time. :party36:

But seriously my replicas have the following specs:

Bolt pattern = 5X139.7
77.8 mm center bore
25 mm offset

I ask as SRT wheels are very common MODs around here. I hadn't heard that spacers were needed to properly run the SRT wheels.
Currently Im trying to switch to 22" SRT wheels.

I am running 22" x 10" SRT10 replicas with Yokahama Prada Spec X 305/45 R22...no spacers...never rubbed...ever.

I currently run 305-45-22 with out spacers and never thought the rubbing was an issue.
Just wanted to make sure I had all my facts before I pulled the trigger on a set of wheels.
