How big a spacer can you use, and still use original lug studs ?

Have 0 offset wheels, want to go 325/60R20, and want to go out another 1/2”

on stock wheels 1.5 is the thinnest

As long as you can get 7 full rotations of the lug on the stud, it can be safely torqued to spec to avoid failure. Keep that in mind
