Where is this "leak" coming from?

I noticed yesterday that my truck (2014 ram 1500 3.6L) appears to be dripping something from the passenger side of the truck. I put a piece of paper under it and it appears to just be water so I'm thinking it might be condensation but I'm confused where it's coming from.
This is behind the air filter, it seems to be leaking from the bottom screw on the right side behind the wiring harness. You can see the screw in the second picture.
I attempted to upload a video but I don't know if it's going to work.

Is this something I should be concerned about?

I have not been running the A/C, I've actually had the heat on since I just did a coolant flush and have been adding antifreeze to try to get my antifreeze to water ratio correct. That's the confusing part, if I had the A/C on that would make sense to me, but with no A/C running I'm confsed.

I don't know if this is relevant. I got an engine coolant bypass valve code a couple of years ago and I bought a valve but never installed it until I did the coolant flush as everything seemed to be working fine even with the check engine light coming on periodically. I let a friend borrow my code reader and just got it back so I tried clearing the codes. It cleared 2 of the 4. I don't remember if I had 4 codes back when this first started. I checked the fuses and cleaned the electrical connectors the best I could, hopefully I'll goto work tomorrow and the permanent codes go away, but I'm thinking I possibly have a short somewhere or perhaps the valve I bought has failed already.
Do you think it's possible the valve could be somehow responsible for the dripping liquid?

From your pic it looks like it's coming out of the drain that's there for exactly that purpose, prevent the buildup of water in the heater box. Do you also have it on defrost? The A/C will run in defrost mode regardless of the switch being on or off. I can't think of any scenario where replacing that valve could cause what you're seeing.

I had no idea the A/C still ran, that appears to be what was happening. I drove home from work with everything off and there were no drips.
Thanks for the help, I really appreciate it

It looks like the drain for the air conditioner. I put a hose elbow on mine because it started leaking into the cab making the carpet wet underneath the mat. Any vehicle I’ve had with a drain like that eventually does that.

Yeah I recently discovered that also, the A/C runs regardless if it's in the Auto mode or not and turning off the Climate is the only way to stop it. My wife has a Grand Cherokee that does the same thing. Never made sense

That drain design has been an issue since the 2nd Gens. Wind and dirt blow into it while you're driving, and eventually it will clog the drain. That's when people start hearing sloshing sounds in the dash and get water dumped out on their feet out of the floor vents. I don't understand why a Dodge engineer didn't think of just putting an elbow on the drain over 20 years ago. I had to clear the drain in my 2001 first with a screwdriver (gingerly), then flush it out with the garden hose. Then I put about a 6" or 8" length of heater hose on it (just long enough that the end droops down) and no more problem.
