SPID sticker location?

Do Rams have a SPID sticker and if so where would I find one on my 2013? Looking to decode the transmission and find out if I have the 66RFE or 68RFE as well as other info.

Not sure what a SPID sticker is but if you have an HD gasser, it’s the 66, CTD gets the 68.

1500 is the 65 if you have a column shifter, 8HP70 if it’s a dial.

Found it on my dealer sticker on the Mopar website....I have the 65 but I have the floor shifter.
