Im looking to put a Spintech Pro Street 9000 exhaust on my 2014 crew cab ram. Does anyone know if you need to get a new Y-pipe to make up for the size difference from the old muffler to the new Spintech muffler?

If you purchase this design I see no reason for a Y-Pipe.
3" inlet and 2.5" outlets. You will need a couple of feet of 3" pipe if your doing it yourself. If your having a custom muffler shop install it for you-->They will have the 3" pipe.

If thats the 9436 then yes. Iv read different places that people install new y-pipes with it but just getting 3" pipe makes sense. Thank you

The y end on the Spintech is much closer together than y off the factory muffler and the exhaust pipes would look off since you had to either pull the tail pipes together to fit up to the Spintech or have a pipe bender to make the tail pipes come closer together.

^^ Yes! This project in most cases would take a custom muffler shop to do the install. Also hang tight while the install is being done to make sure the Exhaust Tips are centered properly and equal length of tips @ the exit.
