i have a 2012 ram 1500 SLT and the other day i noticed that my front end appears to be lower than i remember. i also don't notice my headlights shining high when i load the bed anymore. i use my truck as a work truck and keep around 800 lbs in the truck bed of tools and once a month i hall an extra 500-800 lbs, and in the past i would just air up my spring helper bags to compensate for the rear end dropping below level but its not anymore. i've noticed different spring codes available is one better than the other?

you can buy after market springs for added support.
Dodge Products
here are some choices. I just installed the TTC 1211. they raise the rear up about 1/2". others may raise it more

They can fatigue to the point of sag or failure with little or no warning. If one side is fatigued enough to not support the weight properly, then both sides can show the issue as the good side can't maintain it on it's own.
Look for a broken coil. They can be tough to spot and are usually broken right around the crown or the lower mount.
I might also take it in and check the wheel alignment. If it's WAY out, then there is something wrong for sure. New front coilover assemblies are actually pretty cheap- so they can just be swapped right in.
