I've had a squeak on my front passenger side for the past few months and its driving me nuts lol.

It happens when Im going slow, and going fast. But its occurrence doesn't change with speed.

Its very faint. I noticed the sway bar bushings were toast so i replaced those and it didn't help. Im thinking its either ball joints or the wheel bearing possibly.

Almost thinking of tearing out the entire front end and replacing everything myself,

new upper and lower control arms w/ bushings and ball joints
new coil-overs
new wheel bearings
new tie rods
etc

Dry bushings can cause squeaking. Check for grease fittings, and grease everything. If you do not see any grease fittings use some penetrating oil and spray every bushing you can see under there. If the squeak goes away then the problem was dry bushings.

I should have mentioned,

I did replace my lower ball joints and tie end rods as well as the new sway bar links all with greasable hardware. I greased it all up really well and still have issues.

Ill try what you mentioned and hit the bushings with some grease of some kind.

Check the wheel bearings while under there. Normally they do not squeak but it is a possibility. Normally you will never have to mess with the wheel bearings, but sometimes they do go dry and if that happens you will need to replace them. With wheel bearings look for the amount of grease, whether it looks clean or a dirty color, if it has metal shavings in it, and lastly the amount of grease. DO NOT BLAST OUT THE OLD GREASE. If you want to clean the bearings you will need to remove the bearings and then clean them, afterwards repack the bearings with new bearing grease. The make sure the race is clean put a coat of grease on it and then reinstall the bearings.
