any ideas???

It's the panhard bushings.

It's the panhard bushings.

i was worried thats what it was....have you found a solution or just learned to live with it?

if theres no fix then i will probably cut and reweld the stock panhard to the required length and put that back in and stick the spohn one on the shelf.

Did you grease the panhard bar? I installed mine this passed weekend and don't think I've heard it squeaking or anything but I'm still not lowered yet. I greased mine before I put it on.

I had a squeak too, for me it was the sway bar bushings.
I figured it out by lying under the truck and giving it some good shoves up a few times.
I sprayed them with some lube and it went away.
Hope that helps.

I unbolted the panhard bar again, slapped some grease on the sides of the bushing and bolted it back in, still squeaking.

ive come to the conclusion that this may actually be the airlift bags instead.

My truck has the squeak as well and its indeed the airlift bags on mine..Was gonna try spraying some lube on the bags themselves to try and quiet it down..Sucks pulling in somewhere with a brand new truck squeaking like that lol...

I have the complete Spohn rear suspension and I had a squeak, it turned out to be the swaybar bushings. I drilled a hole through the bracket and the bushing and installed a grease zerk and pumped some silicone in and it stopped.

Thank god for this forum. I've been getting a squeak out of mine since i lowered it too. although mine seems to be coming out of the front. I am losing my mind trying to figure it out. I guess i'll grease everything up.

i had thought it was the GF progressive coils rubbing on it self when compressed....

since this got bumped i should input my recent findings.

the airlift bags are in fact my squeaking issue.

completely removing air from them the squeak goes away. i only put air in when im towing, not having the "min 5 psi" in them has not had any negative affect, they still work fine.

Taking the air out of the bags sure got rid of the squeak!
Must admit I don't understand how a rubber air bag make such a noise?
