Yes, I raced a kid with a 4 door auto SRT 10 Viper Truck with my 12' SCSB Express. He had a cold air intake and muffler, I have vararam, muffler and 275/40/20 wheels...ran from a 20.30.40 and 60 roll...we ran bumper to bumper!!! And two times from the 20 rolls I had him by a fender. SHOCKING IMO! Just wanted to share incase you other SCSB guys wanted to see how your truck would match up!...NOTE: my smaller wheels made a big performance difference.

Not surprising. The 4 speed auto in the quad cab SRT-10 Rams really hurts their performance. Race a single cab SRT-10 Ram and it will be a different story ;)

So your truck that'll run low 14s on a good day kept up to a truck that runs mid 13s stock? Right....

The quad cabs run high 14's stock. Ther was one at the track running 14.8's consistently.

QC SRT10 run high 13/ low 14s depending on the weather, D.A and track elevation. For one to run 14.8 it either spun, runs like crap or ?????? I never seen a QC run that but i have seen a RC srt10 run 14.7 but didnt know how to drive at all..lol

A QC srt10 on average put down 385-395 rwhp thru the 4 speed & a RC SRT10 on average put down 420-430 rwhp thru the T56. Im sure its cause of Drivetrain loss difference

Another thing that has to do with it it weight. When i ran against one it was me and my cousin. On the other truck there was three or 4 guys in there.

Well the QC are heavy as crap and usually weigh around 5600lbs without driver due to all the extras that come with the truck like the body kit, 22's spoiler, heavier motor, leaf springs, heavier rear end.

Have ya seen the leaf springs on those trucks? They have alot more than our 1500 rams

Do you have a pic of your truck with the 275/40/20s. Thinking about getting smaller tires on my stock 20s when they wear out.

It was just him in the truck, and yes I have pics but do not know how to upload them...go to my instagram "slobraftw" ...the smaller tires gave me more acceleration and lowered my truck about 2 in all around...then I cut .5 coil in the front and a 1.5 coil in the back...looks mean and low

Driver skill has SO much to do with it.
My Sentra has shown it over and over in Solo II compared to what should have been much more capable cars (think '02 Z06).
****- yesterday I kept up (again, in the stock 2001 Sentra 2.0) with a CC Hemi who thought he should be in front of me in my lane. Not gonna happen :idiot:
