ST knock?

Hi guys i'm new to tuners and have a trinity. Sean from hemifever did a tune for me which i love. I have seen on some forums to keep an eye on the ST knock. That being said is there a normal rage? what is high? and if someone could explain what this is and possible dangers or warning signs etc. sorry if this is vague don't know much about this stuff. Thanks for any help.

Up to 5 is normal with these motors. I was seeing up to 3ish during shifts and occasionally 5 during a hill pull. LT knock is what you want to avoid

Ok i have seen up to 5.5 once on ST knock. What would a high LT knock be? And thank you for the response.

You never want to see LT knock, you'll want a tune that your LT knock is 0. I never had any LT knock with Sean's tune.

ok thanks I noticed when i used the canned mpg tune I did see some LT knock. Cant remember the number but it was low. I have been watching with sean's tune and it has remained at 0. Once again thank you for the info. Like I said this is new to me but like to learn
