Stains in front seats

Stains started a few days after we got the 2023 1500 Limited elite. We have not spilled on the seats, it looks like it is coming from underside of the seat covers. Dealer has clean them and it shows back up in a few days.Color is Sea Salt.

It would be easy enough for them to pull the seat cover (leather) and check if there is something on top of the heating element
