I have, what can only be described as, a creaking sound coming from the steering column. It is pretty much constant as long as the truck is in motion. Also, while the truck is not in motion, if I turn the steering wheel to the right, I get a clunk noise, like it's bumping something. Not sure what to look for or where to start. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance. 2015 1500 4x4

Could be many thing ball joints tie rod ends ect. Another common thing is the steering column intermediate shaft if you pull on your steering wheel a lot to help get in it the ujoints on it tend to wear out over time.
