Anyone one better than the others or for a stock height truck are they pretty much all the same??? I'm rebuilding my front end and the stabilizer is the last piece. Not sure if I should spend some money on one or just go for a standard one!?

Are you talking about a brace or the type with shocks? If your going to do a brace HellBent is the best for your money IMHO.

And I want to keep just a single since I don't have oversized tires or a lift but with the new tie rods and balljoints I want to replace it too

To also protect all the new stuff and the life of the steering box , check out HBS one of our vendors , and look into a steering box brace .. I have owned 2 of them 2 different trucks and they help out allot on the wear of the front ends of these trucks .

As for the shock .. well ya what ever you want to go with bilstein or what ever you can find them anywhere .

Thats my next purchase, my gear box is leaking pretty good so when I get a new one, I'm putting a brace on it!

I used a Rancho on my Junk Furd. It worked good considering it was a FURD & all Furd's have JUNK front ends IMO.
