Steering Ram 2500

Hi, I have Dodge Ram 2500 ST 6.7L Diesel 15k miles, of year 2012. At least from the first time I drove it, it started pulling to the left. When I put a trailer on, the truck was uncontrollable. I've checked the steering in the local truck dealership twice and they didn't find any problem. I decided to put a new tires, but it was useless. Then I paid for a frame and body shop to check my truck. They found that the frame was misaligned on the truck and in some places as much as 1 inch. So, they said I needed a new frame. The truck dealership where I bought my ram refused to fix this issue and said not to bother them again with this problem. This problem is still not fixed and I don't know what to do.

Did you buy the truck new or used? Depending on if their is a standing warrenty contact corp ram or dodge, not sure the contacts but im sure they can be found online and send them the bodyshops report. If you bought it as is no warrenty im not sure what you can do legally...

You could take it to another alignment shop, and get a second opinion. If you have the time and a dry flat concrete surface to work on, I'd map out and mark on the concrete, with a plumb bob all the critical points of interest, front and back, and side to side. then move the truck out and then measure with a tape measure. If it's really as far out as they say it is, it should be glaringly obvious

very frame is tweaked, then call fiat corp. then it may be lawyer time.

Did you buy it new? Or used? Wonder if it was hit and then repaired. Never heard of the frame being tweaked from the factory. Jeez.
