Hi guys,

I had an alignment done today to my '12 RAM and just like before I just noticed that the steering wheel is just a bit off centered when driving straight. Not a lot but just enough to annoy me.

Can i simply adjust the master spline?

Some people were mentioning adjustment collar for the drag links, do they have them on the 4th gen?

Thanks

Take it back to the alignment shop and tell them to do it. In my experience that's part of the alignment.

Is it off centered driving on a two lane road or across a true flat surface like a parking lot?

Some alignments compensate for the slight road crowning and can seem to be off on true flat surfaces.

For now i just noticed it on a two lane road. I haven't tried it on a parking lot,but you might be right.

That is not any kind of adjustment. Centering the steering wheel has to be done at the steering linkage.

Looks like 3rd time a charm, went to the shop again and talked to the guy this time. I stayed there this time to make sure the steering wheel was properly centered. And it's all good now, right in the center.

I've noticed the same thing on mine but it has been like that since I bought. I guess I need to go to the dealer, I just have to find the time
