Stick with synthetic or not?

Bought my 2017 Bighorn new. Synthetic oil always as I lived in the sub-arctic. Now I moved south to a much warmer place, barely dips below freezing. Should I stick with using full synthetic down here or swap to using regular oil? Thinking price difference versus needs/performance. Dealer of course says stick with full synthetic, but that may be in their best interest and not mine.

My self I use synthetic oil and will keep on doing as I like their long oil change intervals and the fact it holds up well in the modern engines that require using 0w or 5W20 oil.

Synthetic for sure IMO.
