Stock hood edge finish?

I found the edge of the hood not rolled, like you can see in the below pictures, this is on a 2014 1500 sport with the sport hood. Is this how they are supposed to be finished. It really looks like it was not finished properly to me. It really looks like the whole edge should have been rolled over. Is everyone else's hoods like this or is mine actually made wrong?

Mines a 2010 sport so it could be the year change but mine doesn't look like that I don't think.

I stopped by a dealer and all sport hoods had the same finish. Which is weird cause it looks really bad and unfinished.

Maybe it has something to do wkth water drainage or Cover oF something. I agree it doesn't look good but no one will notice it except u... haha
