Stock tune for emissions

So it's that time of year again. I have to get my truck inspected for safety and emissions. My question is, should I return it to a stock tune rather than the hemifever tune I have installed currently?

I dont see how it would effect anything. If all you have is a mufflex and the o2 sensors were not shut off you should be fine with it as is. All they scan for is codes, if your not throwing any codes if you dont have a (check engine light) and you passed your drive cycle you will pass emissions.
