When I was researching for new brakes the reviews I heard were positive. Its am american company in Chicago I believe.

I went with them but haven't installed yet.

I went with their zinc coated standard rotor. I wouldn't bother with drilled and slotted as that will only benefit racing applications.

Save yourself some money and order their more basic rotor and get a brake pad to match the intended use.

If you're towing get their towing pads, if you're looking for increased stopping power get their z23 pads or ebc yellow stuff which are a lot more money.

Also, if you're looking to improve braking, dont forget your tires.

I have the z36 Power Stop drilled and slotted rotors and ceramic brake pads and I use a lot of their basic setups on my customers cars and generally recommend them. I got the drilled and slotted for my 2013 1500 Sport Crew Cab because it has a 4” lift and 35x12.5r17 oversized tires because of the bigger tires and I tow a boat and the extra ability to stop faster and keep them cooler in the stop and go traffic that I drive every day. I live just outside of Chicago and see a lot of traffic. They’re a great upgrade over the stock upgrade. They stop faster and cool off faster because of the drilled and slotted rotors. If you just have a stock truck and aren’t towing and don’t race, then stick to the stock ceramic pads and rotor setup from them. I have used them on at least 50 customers in the last couple of years with no complaints of squeaks and lots of compliments about how much better their brakes feel. Also, check the prices out from Rockauto.com as they’re cheaper there than from Amazon.

I had powerstop on my F150 before I got the ram. Not sure offhand how many miles I drove on them, but I would buy again. I got mine from Rock Auto and got the drilled and slotted with zinc coating. They were advertised as being for towing and I eventually did do quite a bit of towing. No complaints at all.

EBC Extra Duty pads are #1 in my book. I tow a 12,000 Lb trailer regularly and demand fade free stopping power. These pads give zero noise and haul my rig to a stop quickly. You will notice less pedal effort since these pads are very grippy. They have a break-in coating on them so they are good for new or used rotors. For used rotors, always check for warpage and run out. No I don't work for them it is just that I went through several brand name pads and none have come close to these and they literally saved my life. They are not cheap but well worth it when some jack wagon runs a red light crossing in front of you and you have to panic stop a 12,000 Lb trailer + 6000 Lb truck. Don't ask me how I know this. Ruined a perfectly good pair of underwear. ;-)

Any of you guys used Stopping Power Brake components? Curious to hear about real world experience. Amazon reviews seem good, but wondered if you guys had experience with them.

Hey, here's what I use and totally love them. Ensure no matter what is used you break them in correctly! PowerStop has instructions on this.

Holler if I can help.

I just put the front kit (slotted and cross drilled + ceramic pads) on my work truck. It grabs better for sure! Nice upgrade and love the look.
