I just noticed my evic in the instrument cluster has a slight strobe effect, normal then slightly dims, normal, dims. Anybody else experience this? It has been around freezing temperatures where I live, not sure if that's related.

I don't think so. It seems to be related to temperature. This will be the first winter I've owned it, around 5 celsius and below it seems to dim slightly then goes bright again...dim then bright. Had some warmer weather lately and seems to be ok.

It's a fairly commom problem if you drive with the dash lights dimmed down close to mininium.Turn the dimmer switch up and see what happens.
