Strong hand held vacuum

Guys I have a big shop vac I bought from Home Depot that I use to vacuum out my truck. Looking for something not as bulky and easier to clean but still has equal or close to equal suction power. Anyone come across something like this? Electric or battery power.

I use the Rigid portable shop vac, small and works absolutely fantastic. Has the same power as a larger one but in a much smaller form factor.

If you're looking for a handheld vac that is battery powered, I'd look no further than the Dyson Animal lineup of vacs. I have one for misc stuff around the house and also for the truck, and it cranks. Super powerful for a handheld battery vac. Comes with several attachments, including crevasse tool and two carpet heads that actually have rotating brushes, it's pretty impressive. They also make an auto version that comes with a 12v cig plug in addition to the 110 ac.

If you’re looking for a hand held vac, look for one that the rotating brush is powered by the battery on the unit vs just the suction of the machine. No comparison between the two. Especially if you need to get pet hair sucked up.

My hair is almost as bad as an animals, except animal hair is curly & not very long.
My hair is straight & about 4" to 10" long
It locks into my Ram's carpeting & is difficult to lift off
almost have to use Masking Tape

Didn't even know about the 2 gallon all I've seen is the dinky 0.5 gallon. And Amazon has a deal on the tool only right now for 113 bucks!

Home Depot has it for less than 80 bucks as it’s the same as on Amazon which doesn’t have battery. When I bought mine I got it without batt as I have a bunch already.
