Strut spacer question

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I bought a ready lift leveling kit for my 2014 ram. When I measured the spacer it said 1&5/8". My question is how do you get a 2.5 lift from a spacer under 2"?

It doesn’t seem to make sense but that should get you the amount of lift as advertised.
