Suggestions for DIY tie down anchors for the small truck bed walls.

Anyone use the small hexagonal holes in the bed walls for tie down anchors?. Not threaded and no interior access. 4 vertical pairs on each side. Would like to ad an anchor to each side in middle. Thanks! 2023 Ram1500 Big Horn.

Easier than that really is just adding the sliding bars. Then you get 4 movable cleats (2 on each side).
