So far the V4's have been my favorite LED bulb to come out, but I only have them in 3000K. Their 9005 actually patterns well in the high beam reflector on the quads and being 3000K compliments the nightbreaker lazer D2S bulbs in my D2S 4.0's really well out here when it's dusty or raining. I also have a set of their 3000K H11's in my Challenger's foglights and it's the 1st set I've run in there that actually yields usable light on the road.

Awesome! Just did the lows for now, highs are next on the list
They made a huge improvement in my headlights. I like the looks of some of the fancy halos and things that some people are using but I'm more into just being able to see well. I think this truck had the worst lights of any vehicle I've owned. I had an 82 Chevy 4x4 that had better lights than this did. Lol

How are they clocked in the fogs or high beams?....east to west or north to south?

I am running V.4 in my projector lows and clocked east/west. I bought some 6000k range 9005 bulbs that are 100 watt off Ebay for the highs and fogs. HUGE improvement over the stock 9005 and H10 bulbs

Just bought a set of these but fog/driving lights after some research I pulled the trigger. Hopefully they will be better and the longevity will be worth the 200 bucks I shelled out! Ram headlights leave a lot to be desired! I will keep everyone updated once they hit the porch and then the truck!

I backordered the highs and lows and fogs for my 2016 Ram 1500 with reflector housings. The lows were plug-n-play. The driver module and the GTR anti-flicker module tucked right in the housing. But the high beams were an entirely different story!
First of all, One day out of boredom, I checked up on my backorder and HR had discontinued selling the Supernova 4 9005 high beam for the 2009-2018 RAM. So I called them concerned about my order. They said that some people reported that the fan housing was a tad too thick to allow the dust cover to fit. So they told me that they would send them to me and if I couldn't get a fit they would exchange them with something else similar. I decided to give it a try.
The bulbs ALMOST fit under the dust cover. So, with my determination at my blind side, I broke out my Dremel with a grinding stone and thinned out the inside of the dust cover just enough until I got an acceptable fit. The blue seal is barely visible and suitable.
But then there was the task of packing two modules and their power cords into the significantly smaller high beam housing. I fumbled with the whole mess for about 45 minutes without success and finally took a break to regroup my thoughts. That's when I remembered a Diode Dynamics video on You Tube that tackled this issue. There is a narrow opening between the high beam and low beam housing cavities. You have to stash the GTR anti-flicker module in the low beam housing and pass the wires through the narrow pass into the high beam housing.
That was the only way that I could get them to install. Of course, after the first unit the second one was a piece of cake.

I just did the high and low beam installation yesterday on my 2015 2500. Massive improvement. I was worried about oncoming drivers with all my newfound brightness. Nobody flashed me. The high beam installation was a little pesky, but I’m satisied how it came out. My only complaint is that the Headlight Revolutions video didn’t match my components.

I am thinking about ordering the highs for my projectors. Someone school me...what's the difference between the 9005 lows and 9005 highs? I guess I wasn't aware of a difference.

Do projectors have seperate bulbs for high and low beams? Reflectors like I have in my 2015 have seperate bulbs. Contact Headlight Revolution with questions. They have all the answers.

So is true one needs to take the entire grille out to replace/upgrade headlights? And has anyone had any long term success with these ?

The hot spot is a little enhanced by the camera.

Below are a couple night shots I took. After a couple weeks these look the same as the day of install and I’ve had absolutely zero issues so far 17E107E0-F8E1-4D10-A9A9-F47DCC84ACB2.jpeg355D454F-ADFB-4360-BF01-D9B844D82A48.jpeg

Hello everyone! Just wanted to give an update as it’s been a few months since install.

I will HIGHLY recommend these to anybody looking for some headlights. They haven’t had a single issue since putting them in and we’ve been through almost 0* weather up to above 100* now. They still look as bright and have maintained their level throughout
