I am new to this forum and i was hoping to get some help with my suspension. I had the "death wobble" for a while, turned out it was my track bar it was pretty much destroyed. It was a new track bar i replaced it about 6 months before. It looks a like my tie rod and drag link are bent but I'm not sure if that would be a contributing factor to the added pressure on the track bar. When i cycle the steering it looks like the body is moving before the steering catches up, doesn't look right. I was hoping for some guidance on what this could be. She is a 98 Dodge ram 5.9 4x4 sport all stock except for 33s I'm running. Thanks

Don't have alot of knowledge about steering/suspension but if I were you I'd look into a new steering stabilizer and then go from there. It is the shock looking thing that is on the front axle and is parallel to your front axle

Thanks I'll try replacing that and see if it helps. It's pretty much toast anyway

ya no problem! My stabilizer is completly rusted(except for the silver rod) and looks like it needs replacing but going 70/75 I get no wobble with 33" MTs so I haven't done it yet

I know its not cheap but you probably need to replace all your front end parts. I had death wobble too and after I got a new track bar it went away but not completely until I rebuilt my whole front end. Parts arent that bad but its the labor what gets you. If you can Id rebuild it yourself but if not then its gonna cost a little bit.

Track bar was really easy but I understand ball joints and coil overs are a little more of a PITA.
