Sync Clock to GPS option missing/ Android Auto connection error 8

I have installed a UAS from a 2019 into my 2014 Ram.
All is working well except android auto.

I get connection error 8 (check date and time)

I have the time set correctly, but there is no option for date.
Also no option to sync to GPS.

So i figured it was firmware, so i updated from 26.64 to 59.1
That did not fix the issue, but it did fix my offroad and performance pages problem.

Any clue if it's a BCM option i can program with Alfaobd? Did not find anything myself.

And no it's not my phone, as my phone(pixel 7 pro) works fine in my wife's Grand Cherokee.

Also not the cable as I have tried 3 known working cables and even a brand new one from Googles store.

Technically it is your phone refusing the connection with the radio. Here is a thread where I experienced this and how I got it working. YMMV...

Technically it is your phone refusing the connection with the radio. Here is a thread where I experienced this and how I got it working. YMMV...

The phone is doing it because the time is not gps synced.
And for some reason I don't even have that option

Correct, the phone rejected the handshake.

I dont understand why there is no date settings on this unit, it only has a set time option.

Also im missing the GPS time sync option....
