Well both pairs of my work boots for home are about done, so I will probably go with those.

Keep them clean And oiled. Get a boot dryer and they will serve you well. I dry mine on a boot dryer every day about. The moisture from your feet is the worst thing for the inside of the boot.

You have a boot drier you recommend? I do live in NM where my the avg humidity is only 15%

Your feet put out a **** ton of moisture. That is what is bad for them

So what do you want out of a boot? General kick assery, or comfort? Hiking or around the garage. The quarry has two different sols, the waffle stompers are always needing to pick mud out of, but the white sols are nice that way. But, if you need more non slip and tracking or hunting, you may want to black vibrom.

This is what I use now, great all around boot, garage for vehicle work, or up in the mountains hiking/hunting, or general camping, or I clean them up and go out in them.

I won’t wear them to work as I have issued Salomon’s for that.

They are comfortable now! LoL but I have made good use of them and they have never let me down!

I really like the Danners, mainly because they are waterproof, the ones I have now are not, and I’ve used some spray water repellent stuff on them.

Damn you guys must have some serious jobs. Hell I work in a gas plant and 90% of the time I don't even where my boots unless somebody in management is there which is rare. My feet are still ****** up from walking ten miles a day on my last job. I had a pair of waterproof insulated 8'' Redwings back in 2007-2008 or thereabouts that were great once I got them broke in. Paid damn near $290 which is probably $500 in Obama dollars which kind of remind me of the Weimar republic. Remember those pics of the wheelbarrows full of money?

Them boots look like they still have a lot of life left in them. Like mine. Im probably going to stash away these Super Rainforest’s for a while. I be tickled to death if i got through ANOTHER winter with my Quarry’s.
