Text messages and Uconnect

I really love the fact that I can send text messages through Uconnect but man it'***** or miss with it. I receive texts very inconsistently. Is anyone else having these issues?

Phillips..... I would imagine your phone may play a part in this. I have an iPhone6, I have found the Androids to be inconsistent in the past so that may be an issue.

I get my incoming text every time but when I try to send a text a LOT of the time it tells me data connection not available! Annoying!

my iphone works perfect but I have noticed since I put the ra3 in that if I have it connected to the usb port and try to talk on my phone I get a really bad echo through it, didnt do that with my ra2 so not to sure whats causing the issue

Same here, no issues with my S6 at all.

In a lot if cases if someone adds a picture or symble to there text my RA4 will not read it or alert me It works every every time otherwise.

You have the newest/latest Android update on it? I believe its version 6.0.1, otherwise known as Marshmallow.

My texting works perfectly, even voice dictation. She even can read an emoji, she just calls it by its name (I.e. smiley wink, sad face, etc...)
