I have a 13 mega which has the power sliding rear window. 2 weeks ago I noticed a sweatshirt I left behind the back seat was damp. I thought that I just put it back there damp from one of the times I had been plowing. I took it out and replaced it with another sweatshirt, yesterday I noticed it was damp too. I looked in the storage compartment behind the driverside rear seat and noticed it was soaked back there. So much so that a few pair of gloves I had in there needed to be wrung out and there was visible water droplets inside the compartment. So today I removed the storage compartment and insolation/carpet behind the rear seats, up against the back of the cab and started spraying the back of the truck with the house. I saw a few droplets inside and the only place it looks to be coming from as of right now is the rear sliding window. But not sure if its leaking because of the pressure of using a hose. Not sure if rain would come in the same way.
Anyone know of any water leaking issue? Or know a better way to locate the leak? Or do I just need to wait for rain?

The third brake light leaking is a well known issue.

But it doesn't look like the roof liner is wet up there. But I will keep an eye on it.

The liner is a hydrophobic foam. The water will run down the sides and down the pillar covers.

I've never had the leak, but everyone that does has water where you described.

Any suggestion on the best way to verify and fix it?

To fix it, replace the seal. I have no suggestions for verifying, other than a garden hose.

So they sell a seal for it? I don't need to buy a new 3rd assembly?

You can run a bead of silicone around the seal as well, it's what a lot of us have done to seal it.

Well, I'm pretty sure the 3rd brake light is were the leak is coming from. I climbed up in the bed and immediately saw all condensation inside the light. I unscrew and pulled it out and a bunch of water leaked out from inside the light and I could see needs of water inside the were the light mounts. I am going to see if I can purchase just a seal.

Charon, the thing I don't like about using silicone is, what happens if I have to remove the light assembly in the future? With a beed of silicone that turns into a pain in the a$$.

I completely understand, but after I installed my Recon 3rd brake, I tried a new seal, dual seals, and finally the silicone. The only thing that sealed it was the silicone. As for removal, I've pulled the light once since then and the old stuff just peeled away and I added a new bead. I always us the GE exterior II black if it's going onto a vehicle.

A 13 shouldn't be leaking. Have you taken it to a dealership?
