Four channel amp and send power to the dash as well, plus it will be more flexible down the road if you ever want to change.

You know I was riding home today and I said to myself, you dumb butt. Yea, put some power to the dash speakers! Now I would recommend you be able to highpass them separately from the doors, because most likely you'll want to eliminate a good bit of bass from them, but you'd be surprised at how great it sounds just from replacing them.

I have JL's 3.5's in the dash.

So 3 1/2's for the dash (pretty set on them) infinity 6 1/2 components front door pioneer 2 channel 60x2 to power the front doors a 8 in sub, lci2 line out converter.

Does your Infinity component set come with a separate tweeter?
If so, I would mount the tweeter in your dash location and see if you like it there. You might like it and not need the 3.5" speakers. Just a thought...
Get a 4 channel and amplify the door speakers and dash speakers ...not just the doors.
Don't waste money on your rear doors.....those speakers are the LEAST of your concerns at this time.....I do not run rears at all, but that's a whole other conversation. With the $$ saved from NOT buying rear door speakers, treat your front doors with some sound deadening....that will make a HUGE difference!

The footprint is crazy small. That's why I went with the MRX-V70 in my truck. If op were to sell his sub amp this would be my recommendation. I love it! It barely gets warm in my truck! I'm very confident it wouldn't have any problems running 2ohms.

You know, Alpine has always produced tough amps. They're tough, run cool, produce good power (advertised rating) and last forever!
I had some MRP M-500's in my truck (still have them at home) and those suckers were great amps....small, cheap, efficient, fairly powerful, look nice, yada yada....great recommendation!

Between 5.25 and 6.5" there isn't enough difference to really bother with the setup. My .02

The reason for going to a 6.5 setup is the huge amount of components out there compared to a 5.25.
