Third Brake Light Camera System

We have a 2018 1500 Crew Sport with tail gate backup camera system that show up on the 8.4 radio screen. I'm trying to find out if the OEM third brake light camera system that's on the 2018 2500 and up will plug and play on a 2018 1500?

Unfortunately you cannot simply buy the light with camera and plug it in and it work, you’ll need a custom wiring harness and program the truck for it to work
