ticking noise from front driver side ?

Stock 2010 1500 trx 4wd. hear a ticking when slowing down under 20 mph. replaced hub bearing and still there
What is strange is when I put it in neutral the tick goes away. cv axle problem ? I need help no one can figure it out

It would be easier with audio/video.
So this only happens on deceleration below 20 mph, never on acceleration or deceleration at higher speeds?
Does it only happen when using the breaks to slow down or also when coasting and slowing also?
Start by checking to see if your CV's have torn boots.

only happens on deceleration. noise happens when the breaks applied or no breaks . cv boots are good with no damage. Putting the truck in neutral while coasting stops the clicking

That would be a good guess, those click before they go out. I would find out what grease the dealer uses because greases aren't compatible with each other, and then shoot some in the boot from top, and use something good to cover hole. I had mine done, those axles aren't terribly expensive or hard to replace. The part was like 160 and a think an hour labor.
