2016 Ram 1500 Hemi 59000 miles, I got a ticking at start up for about 20-30 seconds on the passenger side of the motor, I think it’s in the front, then it goes away. I’m thinking warped exhaust manifold or maybe a lifter. Any ideas? One last thing is it just started about 4 days ago.

Welcome to forum, it's either your exhaust bolts or lifters, known issue and it's about 50/50. It is something the dealer should fix because of how easy is it to drill into something you don't want to drill into. If it's lifters, read my redline thread in my sig.

It's called hemi tick, research it.

I have a 2013 Dodge Ram and I have had the same sound two times and both time it was the exhaust bolts. The dealership told me if it was lifters the truck would run really rough and you would know.

Sounds like manifold bolts... And you are luckily still under warranty.

The valve train(lifters) can and do make noise without running rough. An exhaust tick would take a lot longer to go away if at all.If it fires and ticks for a few seconds that's lifters IMHO.
