Yeah im not sure if ima upgrade mine or not, I'm pretty sure I have 3:55s bc of the mpgs I get but not sure... I average 22-25 and sometimes more around Houston doing 58-64

Kinda want to throw 4:56 in but I drive way to much highway to not sure yet... Maybe later on or something... But if I don't buy smr101 toyos my dad might and I'll be getting either cooper zeon ltz or nitto terra grapplers both in 305/55/20

If they ever release 4.56s for my truck, I'm getting them and at least an LSD, maybe just a Detriot.

Okay.....here's another embarassing question....what's an LSD?

My truck is a 2wd too, but I do have some decent new off road tires on her. I do enjoy playing in the mud when I can find some, but I don't do any heavy off roading. I've been wanting to push my limits but don't wanna get stuck haha.

To the OP: I bet you were super pissed! I think it makes it worse when you have to over compensate for someone elses STUPID driving antics. I've had to do so many many times as well, but I don't have any story as cool as yours to tell!

lol now I'm just mad I didn't get any pics.

a LSD is a limited slip differential which unlike a open diff where only one tire spins, a LSD runs like a open differential but when it starts slipping it engages on its own and starts to allow both wheels to spin. it's like a less intense locker that engages itself.

yeah, its something most newer trucks are coming with stock but used to only be an option. the LSD will take your one tire fire, and make it so both tires will have to loose traction for either to spin. they are great to have

yes..for parts and labor, and this from what I can tell is considered a very reasonable, almost generous quote, 1200 bucks.

I love having limited slip in mine. Will never have a truck without it

Sucks about getting stuck though
