What tire pressure do yall ride on? I just got some new 295/60/20 Nitto Grapplers, kept the pressure at 60/80 but feel like the truck is moving all over the place. I have a steering brace on my truck and we tow are camper occasionally

I'm running 47 front and 45 rear with the Same size and Brand of tire you have. When towing I fill to 65 all four tires. My Trailer is about 7500 lbs. I have set my TPMS Thresholds to a lower Value also so I have no Light warning.

I run 275/65/R20s on my 1500, and as mentioned by G. Mac and stimpy I run mine around 48 front and 45ish rear.

Apparently adjusting the TPMS threshold on a 2017 2500 is quite the chore.

I run 55 front, 50 rear when not towing. These are on the OEM Firestones. I inflate the rears to 65 PSI when towing. Otherwise, the ride unloaded is a bit uncomfortable. To appease the lawyers, FCA wants your jaw to rattle at the recommended 60/80. Also, can you say premature wear?

BTW, how do you like the Nitto Grapplers? Did you mount them on the factory 20" wheels? Any loss in MPGs? Any loss in ride quality or increase in road noise? I like the more aggressive design of the Grapplers over these useless Firestones.

I've only had them on for 3 days so its hard to gauge the MPG yet. Ride quality is better than the Firestone but I'm certain my Firestones had some issues(started to crack at around 20k miles). Can definitely hear them vs the Firestones but its not bad at all. I did mount them on the OEM 20' wheels

I have same size Trail Grapplers (replacing in 1 week) I run 72-75 psi front and 78-80 rear.

37/12.50r20 Nitto Trail Grapplers - 55 fr / 52 rr. These are rated at 65 psi max

When I had Nitto Trail Grapplers - 295/65r20s that were rated at 80 psi max, I ran 50 / 45 and the ride was great. The tires didn't bulge and my mpg stayed the same as when I was running 55 / 55.

Actually it is not a chore with the right equipment. I've helped many 2017 owners adjust their TPMS settings. Shoot me a PM for details.

Chalk test your tires, especially with them being brand new it will be easy to do.

I’m on 35x12.50r17 with an 8300 lbs curb weight truck. 38 psi front, 33 psi rear. Pressure obviously needs to increase for towing.

So do you just deal with the warnings or do you have your TPMS values changed?
