Welcome to RamForum.

Your truck more than likely came with the 8 x 20 inch wheels. Some trucks came with 20 x 9 inch wheels. You can look at the back of the wheel which should be stamped.

Stock tire size for both wheel specs was 275/60R20 so going to a 295/65R20 won't be a huge deal. What you do want to insure is that whatever tire you choose will fit a 8 or 9 inch wheel and that it has the load rating needed to handle the weights you are towing.

There are some size differences in the two tires but they are not huge. A tire comparison website may help you see the differences. You can find a good one here:

When I bought my truck 2 years ago, it came with 35 12.50 20 (Kumho KL71) tires. They fit well on the stock 20x9 rims. I immediately went back to the stock size 275 60 20 tires. 15# less per tire, and a more favorable gear ratio, lol! Though the 35 12.50 20 tires looked good on there though.

It is indeed...on some trucks. Older trucks may not have that info there. Of course, owners should always get a build sheet from FCA on their trucks.
