To black out or long live chrome ?

They do a black chrome powder coat now.

Holy **** that is awesome. If I was buying a new body style ram and got stuck with chrome bumpers I'd do that in a heartbeat

My wife doesn’t understand why people have stripes on their trucks/cars. I keep telling her stripes make them go faster...

they add tons of horsepower--but really its a shout out to MOPAR as ive owned a few mopars in my day and I like my truck to look like no other in town--its not for everyone for sure-but for me ,i love it!!!

Also-if you want to do rally stripes or any decals for that matter-please stay away from the **** kits on e-bay or amazon-they will be impossible to remove without harsh chemicals and kill your clear coat. I change mine when I want with a hair-dryer every couple of years-no issues. I know the price for those kits make it very tempting-but please dont think its a great deal-you will cry later if you love your truck as i do. I have buddies who have applied them and spent days using goo-gone etc and scrapers and left scratches all over the paint and clear coat . Use what they use on new rams -corvettes etc as i did.

Thank you all for the responses, I think for right now the chrome is going to stay. I will be looking for a mesh black insert for the grill however. I will also be replacing the antenna with an offroad one and tinting the front windows a bit.

Who knows ill probably change my mind in a week XD

For the love of God get rid of the black wheels. They belong on taxis and maintenance vehicles. Dudes want to think it looks tough or stealthy. No it doesn't. You're not Batman ok? Get over it. They don't have to be chrome either. Polished or satin finish maybe. If you get black you're just part of the herd. Plus at night people have no idea what the design of your wheel is. Can you tell I really hate black wheels? LOL. But it's your ride just giving my opinion.

I am in the same boat for now I decided to stay as is and left some chrome and black. I wasn't ready to go all in on the chrome removal and go color matched everything especially if I wasn't sure I was sold on it. I have less chrome than you as mine is a tradesman.
