TOM-TOM navigation intermittent operation

I have a 2026 RAM 2500 Laramie with a 14.4 Uconnect display. The TOM TOM Navigation system has an intermittent operational issue where the blue direction issue turns grey and the display remains stagnate also the compass on the dash displays two dashes instead the direction of travel. It is very interment with no consistent pattern as to when it will happen. I have had to the dealership several times with no resolution. They have reset the system and they tell me there are no codes to indicate a hardware failure. They are saying that it is a software issue that requires a software fix from RAM with no idea when it could come.

Mine does the same thing. Currently, I'm on 7 days without it working. No remedy from the dealer.
