I have read a lot about the Tonnopro Lo Roll and it appears I may have been shipped the wrong one as it doesn't seem like anybody else is having my problem.
It barely reaches the rear edge of the front wall of the bed and does not overlap the tailgate at the rear. I put 1/2 inch foam on the front wall and I can still put my hand in the gap. The rear has at least 3/4 inch between the tailgate and the cover and there is no overlap on the tailgate at all. There are ridges on the rails so I can't lower it at all.
Does anybody else have this cover and these fitting issues?
Here are some pics I just took. You can see the front gap and the foam in place, the side view and the rear view. I have spent a lot of money at Autoanything and I have faith that they will do the right thing.

I just installed this cover on my 6.5' bed and found the same lack of tightness. Although it doesn't seem as snug as I would like it, it does cover the bed and seems waterproof. The tailgate end seems to ride high compared to the actual tailgate because the tailgate dips as it meets the cover. It's an economy cover because I wasn't willing to pay $500+ for a hard or tri fold cover.

I would call and ask the manufacturer if the part number is correct for your truck. Maybe check the Tonnopro web site for the correct model number for your truck.

I have been in contact with Autoanything since Tuesday the 5th. I sent them pics Tuesday and they said there was obviously something wrong with it. It fits poorly and is about 3 inches too short. They agreed that it fits wrong and told me I would have an answer no later than today as to whether I would get a refund or a replacement. I contacted them this evening and they said they were still working with it and that I would have an answer today.
Customer service just sent me an email and now they are telling me I won't have an answer till next monday. Whats to tell me anyway, I don't want another junk cover that I have to put on, take pictures of and ship back anyway.
I have bought a lot of stuff from autoanything but this will be the last thing I buy from them.

I've had a low roll on mine for almost 2 years. I have the 5'7" bed and mine fit perfectly. Cover has withstood some serious snow like 2ft thick in one storm. Love the cover for the ease of use and price. My brother has a $800 hard roll cover but looses too much bed space for the roll up mechanism and he has to remove it to use the whole bed. I just roll it up and go, doesn't cover the rear window at all. I wouldn't go with a trifold bc they cover the rear window when folded up. Mines also lower profile more than most trifolds.

Seems like something is off/wrong with yours. Hope U get it figured out.

Autoanything told me there were 4 diferent box sizes. They told me I told them the wrong size. They said the cover they sent me would fit a 5 7 box so mine must be the next size up. Finally I convinced them there were 3 sizes and I had the shortest. Once I measured it and showed them them it was 1/2 inch shorter than the box itself, they agreed there was a problem with it. That was Tuesday, I'm still waiting for a resolve. Maybe next week.
