Torque Pro (ODBLink MX) for 2013+ 2500HD

I am in no way connected with any of the companies/software.

Got really bored at work and looked around for the REGEN and DEF stuff that I can peek at. So decided to splurge and get the $5 Torque Pro to go with the OBDLink MX. I have the security bypass cable in, but did not test if any different than without. Here are the settings that were active for the "extra" stuff.



Installing the app and the PID file into Torque.
1. Download the Torque Pro from the play store and run Torque Pro.
2. Download this csv ile https://drive.google.com/file/d/18CkJlaNAK3kr7jWknm3JzSOXp59bwoM4/view
3. Move the PID definition file to your phones INTERNAL storage's /.torque/extendedPID folder. (you may have to turn on hidden/system)
4) In Torque Pro: go to Settings, Manage extra PIDS/Sensors, Add predefined set, Choose 2013+ 6_7 Cummins PIDS

I am using a Samsung TabA 10.5 (S20Ultra also). I just pull the tray out and lean it there.

Oh yeah, I was looking at some of the reviews and looks like alot of people are having issues that it is not working with Android 11. I am running Android 10.

I have used the same thing in past vehicles, but bought at edge CTS2 (they make a better CTS3 now) with a pillar mount. They both give me the same info, but the Torque app is more customizable.

I noticed that with the tablet connected and act like I am adding a display, the sensors (PIDs) that work are bright green. There are some ones that I get strange reading when digital is chosen. Like the Torque converter, it reads 32/64/128. I would think that it is either locked or unlocked and appears to be 3 conditions.

Well this sucks, after updating my Samsung S21 (T-mobile) to android 12, the software crashes.

Looks like there are a few other reports of issues with Android 12? They have been pretty good about updates so hopefully they release a new version soon. (I'm still on android 11).

Torque Pro acted up when Android 10 and 11 were released, the developer has released updates to correct the issue

Any one have a list of pid's for a 2012? Look for one that shows desire fan speed

There is a known issue where the engine hours reset themselves.
But it looks like Torque Pro to the rescue.
The display showed < 1000 hrs and 0 idle hrs
