Torque specs for my rotors and tires please.

Can someone please give me the torque specs for my rotors since I've got to have new ones and also for my wheels. I seem to remember the wheels were 90 lb-ft but am not sure. My truck is a 2003 3500 SRW. Thanks.

Rotors are held on by the wheels, there are no bolts.
Wheel torque specs are 145ft lbs for 02-03 3500's.

Dang that's tight. I'm pretty sure my torque wrench doesn't go that far.
