Hi, I was just wondering how hard is it to replace the bushings,
Do you replace just the bushings or the whole bar?
Any links to suggested Parts?
How do you know when it is time to replace?
Any tips and help would be great. Thanks

I never ended up messing with them, I was not and still am not having a issue, i was looking more for Maintenance purposes.

I would suspect you could take a cross member off a wrecked truck, burn out the cross member bushing, then take some measurements and just have some acetal spacers made. After having been tooling around back there recently, I can't imagine that bushing doing a whole lot, which of course also means that they may only suffer environmental breakdown.
