Likely easily obtainable from your local dealer if you're in a hurry. Probably could have negotiated them into the sale of the truck as well.
If you're not in a hurry you could be waiting a while, it's not a common item to sell, most people if they take them off, just throw them away or store them for possible reinstallation later.

Check out the 4x4 stores that rig out pickups. Quite often factory tow hooks are removed when adding aftermarket bumpers or grill guards. Also, the local wrecker will likely have a whole bunch of pickups with tow hooks still on them. They aren't year specific, but they are Generation specific.

I have a complete set off a 2021 2500, including some bolts and the mounting brackets if anyone is looking for a set for a HD. From what i understand they fit the 3500 too.

Completely true. That is why I said anyone looking for a set for a HD, which would be a 2500 or 3500 and didn't suggest the OP pursue these.

So the factory tow hooks off my 2021 2500 have migrated back home to the States, courtesy of Canada Post and USPS. They will live happily on a 2020 2500 in Casper Wyoming.
